History
Beth Pollack and Deborah Kozupsky met in the halls of the Bronx Supreme Court. Beth worked with L&T firms, the NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development, the Office of General Counsel with the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation, not-for-profit health care providers, and personal injury law firms. Deborah began her legal career focusing on defense litigation for several insurance carriers. She then worked as a trial attorney for the law office of William Cariello, House Counsel for Prudential Casualty. Deborah then became a partner in the law firm of Kozupsky & Kozupsky which primarily handled personal injury and medical malpractice litigation, as well as real estate and contract disputes. Deborah has appeared in NYS and Federal courts on behalf of her clients.
They believe that what wins a case is the passion that drives it. The process of discovery can make or break a case. That is the conviction and the energy that sets them apart.
